02Orders
An order is considered binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or technical faults.
The agreement is binding for both parties from the moment you receive the order confirmation.
03Prices
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed in your order confirmation.
04Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Vipps — Norwegian mobile payment. You will be redirected to the Vipps app to complete payment securely.
- PayPal — international payment platform. Payment is processed by PayPal under their terms.
Payment is charged at the time of ordering. All payment data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
05Delivery
We offer two fulfillment options:
- Home delivery — estimated 3–7 business days within Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are free above a set threshold.
- Store pickup — items can be collected at our salon at Langgata 62, 4306 Sandnes, Norge. No shipping cost. Please bring your order number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal/courier service.
06Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Norwegian Consumer Withdrawal Act §§ 19–20
As a private consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, pursuant to Norwegian law.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@afrohairstyling.com with your order number stating you wish to return. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal is broken.
07Complaints & Warranty
Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act § 27
Products carry a 2-year complaint right under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time.
Email info@afrohairstyling.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
08Privacy (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian law. We collect name, email address, phone number, and delivery address in order to process your order.
We never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment providers (Vipps, PayPal) and couriers to the extent necessary to fulfil your purchase.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact us at info@afrohairstyling.com.
09Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we will always try to find an amicable solution. Please contact us first.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). See forbrukerradet.no.
